SewNoles Fabrics & Lessons
SewNoles Fabrics & Lessons

Our beginners class is open to anyone with a desire to learn the art of sewing.

During the fall and spring, this course is taught in 1-hour sessions over 4 weeks*.

During the classes students will learn:

  • the basic tools of sewing and how they're used
  • how to thread a sewing machine
  • how to wind a bobbin
  • complete two sewing projects
    • involving: anchoring, pivoting, creating seams, making square bottoms, rolled hems, "X-box" stitches, and more

*Please note that most students will finish their projects in 3 weeks. We schedule it to take 4 in case someone has to miss a week.

Classes are taught on Tuesday or Thursdays at either 2pm, 4pm, or 6pm.

We have also added a Saturday at 1pm class. The Saturday class meets for 2hrs for two consecutive Saturdays.

All materials and supplies are provided.

***Registration is REQUIRED due to class sizes being limited.***

To reserve your spot or to get pricing, please call us at (850)-577-1822 or e-mail us at

*There is no age limit, but we do recommend no younger than six. We also ask that if you're signing a young child up for lessons that you take into account their ability to focus, since it does take focus and attention to detail. If you have questions on if your child would be suitable for taking lessons, please stop by or give us a call.*
